  • PART-TIME service crew

    The frontline staff. Service crews don't stick to a single role; as they progress, they will be assigned different roles for the day, each with it's own set of responsibilities. While some roles might be more technical than others, staff would be trained in each role prior to executing it. Here are the roles that service crew would pick up along the way:


    • Runner
    • Host/Queue
    • Chief/IC
    • Cashier
    • Bar


    Regardless of the role that service crews are assigned to, it is important that they deliver their utmost best in terms of customer service.

  • Part-time kitchen crew

    Do you like your job well done? Kitchen crews are the backbone of every kitchen and place where food is prepared. As a kitchen crew, your job is to prepare, cook and season food for guests. Cooks will work with other kitchen staff to follow recipes, use ovens, grills, microwaves, and other industrial cooking apparatus, measure and weigh ingredients, monitor food for freshness and safety, maintain a clean kitchen and store ingredients properly.
